Beach and Backwaters Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cochin - Alleppey
On arrival at Cochin airport, after clearing immigration and customs, our representative will meet you and drive you to Alleppey (Alappuzha). After checking into the resort, relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Alleppey, known as the "Venice of the East" due to its interlocked canals and picturesque backwaters. Overnight stay at Alleppey.
Day 2: Backwater Cruise
You are at leisure in the morning. Check out from the resort and board the houseboat at noon for a backwater cruise and overnight stay. Experience the beauty of floating luxury villas, Chinese fishing nets, and local life along the backwaters. Overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 3: Backwater Cruise – Kovalam
Disembark from the houseboat at 09:00 hrs after breakfast and drive to Kovalam, a popular beach destination. En route, visit Thiruvananthapuram, including the famous Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum, and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 4: Kanyakumari Excursion
Proceed for an excursion to Kanyakumari. Visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, then enjoy a sightseeing tour at Cape Comorin, where the three oceans meet. Significant landmarks include the Kumari Amman Temple and the Gandhi Memorial. Return to Kovalam for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Kovalam
Enjoy a leisure day at the beach or at the resort facilities. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 6: Kovalam - Trivandrum – Depart
Check out from the resort and drive to Trivandrum airport. Board your flight for your onward destination, concluding your wonderful holiday in “God’s Own Country.”
